Has held up well so far after several months with an 80 pound bag attached to it on a concrete floor. It moves unless you weight it down with plates, but even then it only slide as much as it does since it is on a polished concrete floor. Easy to build, all parts there, fit together well. Good value, and can be moved to fit a variety of needs.

Takes up more space than I expected but still a good deal. Package was less than ideal – the box had some holes and minimal padding. Minor scratches on the product and a few slightly bent parts – nothing major though. Easy to assemble. Currently supporting a 60 lb bag. Good height for kicking and punching.

I was concerned because a lot of reviews here complained of missing parts, holes not drilled, etc. None of that was the case. Item was well-packaged, and nuts/bolts/washers come in a vacuum-sealed package so you can see they’re all present before you open them. Took about 45 minutes to put together at a leisurely pace.
Feels very solid and works well with my 100 lb bag. Depending on the angle and power of the punches you throw, it will shift. I will be getting some weight plates to hold it down. Very happy with this purchase, style is very similar to other products offered by more well-known brands.

We originally had our heavy bag mounted to our basement ceiling joists. It would make the floor above it shake and the bag would swing terribly which resulted in it not being used much. We decided to get a stand for the bag instead. This arrived quickly. Was simple to assemble. We can now hit our bag without it shaking the house. The bag does not swing nearly like it did when mounted to the ceiling. We were prepared to get weights to help hold the rack in place however so far it is sturdy as is and no weights are needed. The rack is well built, very solid and looks great in our gym. It fits perfectly in the corner. Well worth the price!

I had to return the first one but this one is Great so far. It was slightly noisy given this is inside an apartment but if in a garage or elsewhere it's perfect. I put mats under mine for sound dampener and it's a lot quieter. I have it matched with a 80 pound bag and some bungee cord as a "anchor". Usually do about 5 rounds 3-5 mins and it's a great workout.

This is a solid stand. It was easy to set up.
