Perfect for my lat pull-down exercise. I use it to attach my resistance cords to the upper 6 holes, and my pull-down bar to the lower, single hole via 3 inch carabiner clip. The holes separate the resistance cords perfectly (so they don’t get twisted). The thickness and weight of the steel is perfect. It does its job, and I use it nearly everyday.

Works perfectly for our garage gym cable machine. We needed something to combine two cables in order to use different attachments.

This is sold in four different configurations, I ordered the longest version. If you are looking for a way to spread out cable pulley handles for wider grip then this is what you should get. First impression right out of the box is how beautiful this looks. I am always impressed with the look of stainless steel and this is impressive looking. With this attachment to your pulley system you can attach a pair of handles as far apart as 28" making it ideal for wide grip pull downs. Because it has multiple attachment points you can do mid grip and close grip too making this a must have for lat pull downs. If you place your handles closer together it works great for tricep press downs too. Although I do not have one, I know this would work equally well for low rows since you can adjust the width to best fit your training needs. If you have dual pulleys you can flip this upside down and use the end holes to attach it to them and then use the middle one for your own attachment (single handle) to be used with this. Included with this are 3 carabiners.

Functionally these adapter let you pull more weight by connecting 2 to 1 cable pulleys. Just pick your favorite pair of handles and select width . You are good to go for your lat pulldowns or low rows or T bar rowing.
Something slick about this design , it allow super quick and easy width adjustments. Simply slide carabiners no need to even remove save you precious setup time. BTW comes with 3 carabiners.
No cons. Just felt some sharp edges in few places where its laser cut.

I've seen attachments like this but never actually used one – it always seemed like a unique/specialty attachment. But I actually really like it for narrow/medium grip pull downs and seated rows. If it was a bit wider, I would use it for cable curls and wider grip lat work. It's really comfortable on the elbows and wrists depending on what handles you use.
The build quality is very good. The steel is 1/4" (0.64cm) and it has a nice heft to it. Nothing about it seems cheap or flimsy, and the finish is excellent – no sharp edges or any other issues. It handles weight well – I've used 110lbs (50kg) on it, and there's zero noticeable flex or shakiness. Good stuff.
Overall worth it. It's kind of a specialty attachment, but it's well made, versatile, and very comfortable to use.

I've purchased and have been gifted dozens of cable attachments throughout the years. Some have become my favorites and I use them frequently, while others tend to be stored away and seldomly used. The one thing I've learned is how important it is have various types of gym tools and accessories to not only keep things from getting boring but also to prevent joint stress from repetitive movements.
There are many great cable attachments, and I'll continue to acquire more in the future, but if I could own just one it would be this J Bryant Multi-Grip cable attachment. The versatility and effortless adjustment is impressive. It's made from solid steel, simple to use, and has a very small footprint. Truly a great addition to any home gym.
