Our story

How we got our start Hi, I’m Gary. Gymboss Timers started in 2001 due this one simple thought I had while working out in my home gym – “There must be an easier and more accurate way to time my rest between sets”. From this one spontaneous thought came Gymboss, which started very humbly in my basement in Michigan, USA. What makes our product unique Our timers are small, durable and versatile. What started as a simple weightlifting timer is now used by people all over the world for run walk run programs, HIIT workouts, interval training, yoga, boxing, and the list goes on. If it is timed exercise, there is a Gymboss model to time it. Why we love what we do We love that we have created simple to use, fairly priced, multipurpose timers that can be used for so many different parts of life – exercise and workouts, cooking, naps and more. Also, we are a small, tight knit, friends and family run company who genuinely care.

Compact interval timer times one or two intervals between two seconds and 99 minutes. Built-in Stopwatch and Clock feature. Secure and Removable Belt-clip included.
Auto mode keeps repeating through intervals, up to 99 repeats. Chime and vibration interval notification; alarm duration can be set for one, two, five, or nine seconds.
Backlit LCD makes it easy to see in any light exposure.
Weatherproof allowing for use in heavy continuous rain as well as extreme sweat and humid conditions. Please note – Cannot be submerged in water. Do not use in a pool.
Size of a small pager. Built in rechargeable battery that will last for months on a single charge. Charging cable included. Fits all Gymboss Accessories, including the Gymboss Watchstrap.
