I have been using this Elliptical for three days. I wanted a full body, upper and lower body workout. @81 yrs, I thought the seat would be helpful as I tired out to rest and then stand for the ellipitcal part. It turns out, I get a better workout for upper & lower body while sitting. The best thing so far is that I am using it and getting exercise. Due to back issues and low hemoglobin, I sit too much. But 10 min on this machine is a work out. I moved up to 20 sporadic minutes today. I recommend hiring someone to put it together if you are not brilliant. I am so happy that I have this equipment. I feel like I have found the best exercise equipment for me.
I am finally doing real needed exercise to help myself become stronger, have more energy and be a more able person. I want to be able to visit and walk around various historical sites.
