What's frustrating is there's no one to talk to. You used to be able to contact the seller directly as I wNted them to know the issue. When I had the 1st issue I saw that I could not return the bottle. The 1st bottle I bought was lovely, the scent was fabulous, the quality great. But the 2nd bottle I bought? Ohhhhhh man. 1st the wrapping was abit sucky but since I was so happy the 1st time I moved forward. When opened it I thought I detected a faint rancid odor but pressed on after I saw I couldn't return it–the quality seemed ok enough. Then I got to the middle and the rest of the oil was like JELLY!
This is really a genuine almonds oil. Perhaps the only genuine oil available in the market. Extremely potent in whatever way one uses. The difference stares back right from the very first use. In fact, all the Kama Products are very effective. They are also very expensive. But, I guess, one shall have to pay more for quality. Congratulations and my best wishes to Kama Team, Keep it up.
