While the bar was a bit heavier than I expected, it is strong enough to stand heavy loads, is the perfect length and width, and as long as you have snap hooks on both the pulley and the bar, the distance between the attachment circles is perfect as there is no wasted movement . The bar far exceeds my expectations and I would absolutely recommend it.
