I’m 6’2 guy, 195 lbs, and the gym is my life. I’m very conscious about my physique; particularly my small calves. I got this device after a gym buddy shared that he got some good results. I must say, after 6 months of using this device, I’ve gotten compliments by my trainer and I can see more definition. I love that the device easily fits in my bag and is pretty light weight. The versatility is what sold me on the product. Not only do I use it for my hamstrings and calves, I also use it for sit-ups, squats, and core exercises. The foam is sturdy band doesn’t slide. It’s comfortable and includes a heavy duty strap that ensures safe use. I highly recommend.
This is the best hamstring strengthening tool I’ve come across. It’s sturdy and comfortable. It also comes with good tips about how to use it and how often. It’s definitely not easy at first, but once you get a hang of it, it’s a game changer for hamstring strength
Absolutely wonderful product! I’m an avid gym goer but have shifted to working out at home and this is by far the best hamstring workout at home. Start by hinging at the hips and just holding that vs dropping to the ground super fast and pushing back up. Comes with the knee pad that’s super comfortable too. Get it now!
I normally didn't write reviews, but these can't beautifully packaged and the stitching was immaculate. They also threw in a door sign that is laminated and not just paper. The strap is sturdy and works well, it will outlive me, lol
As described. Best if you can put it under a door and use a gym mat for your knees or soft sided knee pads. Great for athletes who are quad heavy and need to strengthen the hamstrings!
it works ok but not super stable. stable enough to do the exercise but you have to keep your balance. I am not using it as designed. I attach it to something on the wall but my feet don't directly touch the wall so there's nothing the sole of my feet is touching. But it allows me to work on my hamstrings. Surprisingly worked very well I used a door to hold my weight strong material holds up well and doesn’t slip out you can also adjust the length great for people who don’t workout in the gym

Decided to spend a bit more for this in the hopes that it was higher quality It was! Very happy with it. No other gym equipment needed-just size it and slide it under a door.
While I am happy with the strap/foot support for the door, the delivery did not include the floor pad (and was supposed to do so). A floor pad is really essential. I'm hoping the company will send one soon.
