I was struggling because some of my exercises, especially those requiring floor work, really bothered the balls of my knees. It's perfectly firm without being hard, which provides needed comfort to push through my full routine. It's a terrific tool, and I can absolutely see this being useful throughout each phase of my workout journey.
I use this when I lean my chest into a bench for rear delt flys, incline face down barbell curls, and rows. It supports my abdomen with out squishing my chest. I also use it as a seat on leg presses, back support for hip thrusting and ches support on hamstring curl machines. Great, great product and well worth the price. It is thick, soft enough to be comfortable-but sturdy. I expect it will last years. I am very pleased with my purchase.

These high density TPE balance pads are the exact kinds you keep looking and can never have enough in your gym. I had few over time but these are from HAPBEAR brand are my new favorite for its uber cool two tone shade (blue and vibrant orange) to spice up my all black gym. Ordered a 2 pack. Each pad measures 15 X 12 inch and 2.25 inch thick. *** FEEDBACK FOR HAPBEAR ***** One main con I see is finish / quality control , both pads had weird depression marks right out of the box. Well they still works great no compromised functionality as such but you expect clean esp. considering high price point (49.99 at time of ordering). Well it saves my elbows , knees joints and much more so ignore price for sec but bundle comes with few generic resistance bands no branding and pinks & purple colors useless to me . Cmon thats way too feminine unless this this bundle tis only for female..which is not the case I presume , change bands colors to more neutral shades for customers to enjoy it **** Overall a must-have product for your home gym !
