Omg I’m amazed by this elliptical machine. It’s very easy to assemble and set up. It doesn’t have to be plugged in. I have bought a Treadmill last year with the same price, comparing them both together, the elliptical won! I have had this machines for a month now, I’ve been on it at least 3 times a week. It works great. When I first got this elliptical machine, I’m just impressed. It’s quiet, smooth and function well. I have not had any problem with this machines since I got it. Definitely recommend!! It worth every penny you spent.

This was fairly easy to assemble. It took me about 30 min to assemble alone. All parts are labeled and instructions are included. Easy to use. One of my favorite things is that it doesn't need to be plugged in. Just get on and start exercising. Changing the tension is simple as seen on my video. You don't need much space for this and if you do need to move it, the front has wheels which make it really easy. Provides a good workout for a great price

It is really easy set up. elliptical can prevent，reduce and relieve pain from caused by arthritis, cervical spondylosis and periarthritis of shoulder. it is better than running. it also can be move by small wheels. it has a screen showing different mode for training and it has earphone line that I can lisen music during training， it also has a place that u can put ipad or phone to see video. it is use for reduction training for most population is relatively wide，suitable for everyone in family.
