Don't let it sit there! This is incredible. Turn it on & use it! Careful not to get too close to anything in front of the foot pedals. I have it underneath my desk & if I let my foot get too close to the edge , my toes will get in-between the pedal & the desk panel. That was my fault. Otherwise, this really helps if you let it! My ankles were swelling because of the lack of mobility, working from home now. This has has turned that completely around! Worth every penny, and I love the multi tasking aspect! This is an excellent desk elliptical. It is not heavy, has adjustable speeds, and a remote. It is very easy to use, and, best of all, it arrives fully assembled!
For working at home this is a good way of working your legs while sitting for 8 hours a day and its quiet. I use it 3 days out the week when I have energy when I am not driving to family houses 2 hours away some weekends. I recommend getting this if you work sitting all day and need to more your legs for circulation this will work ot and not over due it. It is physical therapy at home as well, I had both knees replace and I do not need a walker or cane.
I Love my Tappio Under Desk Elliptical Foot Power Machine for it is easy on the hips and back. I am not able to do the typical exercises on the machines at the gym. But this machine with the remote is so easy on the body as well as runs quiet, I got my parents that are in their 80's one each and they enjoy theirs.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: It said it was quiet. I was looking for one like this. This one offered plug in or manual. Easy – not too strenuous on my knees. I wasn't looking for strength building, just simple movement to prevent clots. As it turns out, I prefer using it manually.
