This ab roller from VINSGUIR is sturdy, smooth, and surprisingly effective. The wheel rolls without wobbling, giving you great control during the movement. It really hits the core hard—in a good way—and you can feel the burn right away. The included knee pad is a nice bonus and helps a lot on hard floors. It’s simple, durable, and perfect for home workouts. Great piece of equipment for anyone wanting to strengthen their abs.
I loved this ab roller, it is well made and stable when using, unlike some of the cheaper ones. It gives a great ab workout & I loved using it. But I had to stop using it after my total knee replacement last year so I guess I will sell it or give it away.
Easy quick set up. Light weight. Small enough to store in coat closet nearby living room to use each day. Rolls easy and stable. Knee pad cushions knees fine. I use this every morning watching my morning show. Started with 3 sets of 15 rolls. The first time after use I woke up with sore under arms, sore under breasts and upper stomach, sore lower back, arms and shoulders, sore under butt. (I think it lifted my butt muscles after a few uses!) I got out of bed wondering why I was so dang sore. After getting up and about it dawned on me it was this exercise wheel I used the day before. I am a fan of this roller. I initially bought because my son’s GF has one and she is tiny and very fit. Highly recommend.
I gave this ab roller 5 stars because it's a very good product for its price point and does exactly what it's supposed to. It's well-made and the extra-wide wheel provides excellent stability, which is a big advantage for anyone just starting out. It rolls smoothly and easily across my carpet and it is effective at isolating the abs muscles as well as arm and lower back and sides. The included exercise sheet with routines and a schedule is a thoughtful addition that could be very helpful for beginners, even though I had my own routine already. I've been using it every other day and have confidence that it will hold up well. My only critiques are minor. The metal rod inside is hollow, and I did notice a very slight bit of flex during use. Additionally, the design of these rollers at this price point, where the steel rod rubs directly on the plastic wheel, means there will be some wear and tear over time. For continuous, long-term use, I would eventually look to upgrade to a more robust model with steel roller bearings to ensure greater durability.
Decent for the price, gets the job done. It is stable and rolls well, the padding is worthless though. Padding is a tiny rectangle, and offers very little cushion but it will help if you are on a harder surface. The work out poster is a nice addition to have some exercises using the wheel to add to your routine.
