This little stepper is awesome! It doesn't take up a lot of space and it's really nice quality. It works really well and you can adjust the height to make it easier. It counts your steps and shows you how many calories you've burned. This thing really works your legs and your glutes. It's also really portable and light enough to carry it around the house. You could even put it under your desk and use it while you're working, if you work from home or in an office. It also comes with an app that has built in workouts you can do and track your progress. So impressed with this! The wrist bands are also a great plus to work your arms! Definitely a great exercise equipment that you can do at home!

The smart twist stepper arrived pretty much fully assembled which was really nice. My first thoughts were how little of foot print this will take up in my home gym. So, I'm glad its very compact and can easily be set off to the side of the home gym and out of the way when not in use. The stepper does have some weight to it and appears to be very well built. When stepping on the machine its also very quiet. The pistons offer just one resistance level, but you're able to adjust the height of the stepping action with a twist of a knob underneath. Overall, I can see this being a nice addition to my weekly workouts as it is somewhat challenging. It functions well and I would highly recommend!

Okay first: NO ANKLE PAIN with this stair stepper. That's a huge win. I think the movement from side to side makes it easy to not feel the usual pain my flat feet have from simulating stair climbing. This is pretty heavy so I don't move it room to room but it's great to tuck under my bed after using it in front of the TV.
The app requires a subscription so I gave up on that front but you honestly don't need it. My partner who is 290 pounds used it for 20 minutes and said he felt the burn underneath his glutes. Two days later and he had DOMS! So yes, this absolutely works. The resistance bands could be better though with the handles so I might try to attach different ones instead.
Overall, this is a great, quiet, and compact little machine that doesn't require me heading to the gym for a quick workout.
