Nice yoga ball. Good workout, especially for this old woman.

I bought these to use at work at my desk, but it’s a little short for what I need. That could be because I am short. I will still get plenty of use from this though. It’s good quality and a great price.

Update:
Ok I was wrong. After a lot of talking to others someone figured how to get the plastic stopper out. She was able to find a tool. I came in one day and the ball was fully blown up. I apparently didn't blow it all the way up. I sit on it frequently now and I'm able to stretch my back. I have updated the stars and admit I was wrong. It is a good ball.
I got a very small ball. The box says large 65 and that’s what I ordered. I have another of the size I ordered but this is way smaller. I can’t use it as my knees are in my chest. I can’t get the plug out either to deflate it. So I can’t return it. The ball itself is of good quality. But even the tape that came with it is larger. I can’t get anymore air in it. Not at all happy.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
Other exercise balls I've tried have been a disappointment because they were way too soft when compressed with body weight. I was happy to see that this Gaiam ball is made from a heavier/thicker gauge material. When it is inflated to the 65cm (25.6") diameter the ball is properly firm and does not feel squishy like a water ballon.
Hint: As with other gym balls I've experienced, the included hand pump works but will be a slow workout to inflate the ball. A minimalist electric air compressor for bicycle tires will quickly fill the ball. After that, the hand pump is adequate for topping up the pressure if needed.
Someone commented about not being able to fully seat the sealing pin. A very light smear of silicone grease on the pin will solve that.
Gaiam gets points from me for including the 'parking lot' ring. Gym balls frequently seem to have a distant destination in mind when you are through with them.

The size is not accurate. It doesn’t fit the base, its way smaller. Not good to sit on for working

Pump is terrible – the adhesive does not hold so you have to hold it together while trying to inflate the ball. I expected better, especially because every other balance ball I’ve purchased over the last 20 years has not has this issue.

Fast delivery. It was a challenge waiting the 1st 24 hours. Followed blow up instructions. No issues. 75% of back pain and pressure relieved after just 5 mins of use. So grateful for this exercise ball. I can start my much needed yoga journey now!
