Bumper plates look awesome and the weight is pretty close to stated. I ordered both 25 and 45 sets (they sell in singles). They are thicc boys especially the 45s and slightly “higher” than other bumper plates like other reviews stated. I did have a cosmetic discrepancy with the 25 plate where the 2 slipped in the mold and got molded into the plate, functions just fine just have a backwards 2 next to where the 2 should be. I reached out to the company and they just told me to talk to Amazon to get it sorted out. That was the reason of the 4 star. I will still buy in the future without a doubt. They’re expensive, but definitely a cheaper alternative to Nike grind plates.

Proper bounce from the plate when dropped. It fits well with standard barbells. The Marcy name doesn’t exactly line up in both sides. Also, the name letters are not embossed into the material; rather they are glued on letters. Not a deal breaker, just an FYI.

This is a very durable bumper plate. It looks nice and is great for my home gym. The price seems to run a bit higher than others. I Didn’t notice any smell out of the ordinary bumper plate smell. It’s easy to use on an Olympic 2 inch bar.
Marcy has been making weightlifting products forever and is an excellent company these bumper plates look and feel amazing. I did get them for like $25 apiece but now they’re up to 60 something and this is for a 10 pounder so I don’t know what’s going on with that but they are excellent plates if they get the price in line
