Bought these when I was undergoing physical therapy. Easy to put on and take off. They were half the price of comparable weights at Wally World.

The weights are just the right size for teens

These are great quality and have a sturdy velcro strap! Very comfortable to wear and easy to put on.
Nice neoprene material. Feel more expensive than what I paid 🙂

Lowkey the quality is trash it doesnt really work well as the straps has come loose and then rips same day i opened it😭

Really comfortable. I didn't even know the weights are adjustable that's a bonus. Nice product!

stay in place easy to put on and off

These are very well constructed but oversized for my ankles. In my opinion they are best suited for men. I ended up giving them to my physical therapist! He was delighted with them. I also misread the specifications, thinking that I ordered 5 pound and not 10 pound weights each ankle. You can take out weights if you want. A handy design feature. I would have kept them had that been the only issue. But the actual cuff is very large, too cumbersome for my leg.

UPDATE MAY 8 2025:
Just more cheap junky equipment. Only used every other day for bench leg raises, never for running, and the stitching has come apart in multiple places. Does anyone make anything that will last anymore.
I took a chance on these as they cost more than the knockoff weights which litter Amazon and am happy. The quality is solid, the weight tubes that allow for weight adjustment are well made and insert easily while remains secure and they don’t leak sand. The strap that wraps around and secures them is made of soft material which might be a small negative since they squish up when cinching but they hold well.
This review is based upon my use of these for doing core work such as lying leg raises on a bench. If you run with them (asking for problems-why?) your milage may vary.
