nice and easy to use, I like the two tone color, looks really nice. only drawback is unable to adjust weight, it will be prefect if it comes with additional pieces to add weight, for that I gave 4 stars
Wanted the adjustable weights for another purpose. Yes, to improve my pendulum swing, by naturalizing it, and slowing my bowling ball delivery! Having done so, the release, timing, balance, and accuracy finds improvement. All without adding pain to my arthritic fingers, which a heavier ball tends to do! So far, this experiment seems to be working!

Nice product and great color but once a weight is removed it is VERY difficult to put back on the elastic. A little harder to keep in place/tighten well for narrow ankles.
